Last weekend, Anchor Children and Family Counseling, Inc.'s Melissa Springstead, Becca Bokoch, and Amoret Kaufman presented on "Signs and Solutions to Stress" for LCPC (La Canada Presbyterian Church)'s Growing Families program. We really enjoyed giving a community presentation to a diverse audience of children, parents, and educators. Also, we got some great feedback from this group on their opinions and experience of the acceptability, feasibility, and perceived effectiveness of mindfulness and self-care interventions.
